Hrvatska mljekarska udruga, in cooperation with dairies and dairy institutions, is organizing the 46th International Dairy Experts Symposium, which will be held in Rovinj (Croatia) at the Hotel Eden from November 25 to 28, 2026.

With the aim that this traditionally well-attended event will once again gather a large number of domestic and international dairy experts, as well as business entities involved in the dairy sector, we are sending you the Prospectus for sponsors and exhibitors below.
There is already great interest in the 46th Dairy Symposium. Therefore, we can announce a large number of papers on current topics, which will be presented through plenary lectures, oral presentations, and a poster session. You will be informed about the papers selected for presentation by members of the Scientific Committee through the Symposium program, which will be sent to you in October 2026.
We have ensured sufficient space and time for the presentation of the dairy industry and companies whose production programs are related to the dairy sector. For this purpose, we have prepared a comprehensive program with presentation opportunities in which we believe your esteemed company will find its interest.
We invite you to take part in the Symposium through exhibition space as well as other activities, as your participation will certainly enrich both the scientific and professional aspects of the Symposium, and your support will undoubtedly contribute to the high-quality organization of the event.
As preparations for the Symposium are underway, we believe there will be sufficient time for you to decide by July 15, 2026, in which of the offered ways you would like to present yourself at the 46th International Dairy Experts Symposium, after which we will contact you to arrange further details.
If your company wishes to present itself at our Symposium in a way that is not covered by this program, we will be happy to accommodate your request.
