Registration and Accomodation

Payment Method

After we receive your registration, we will send you an offer for the payment of the registration fee. Once your payment is completed, we will issue you an invoice.

Registration via this form is mandatory for all participants. Please make the payment by bank transfer (pro forma invoice) no later than November 1, 2026.

We kindly ask participants to complete their registration and accommodation arrangements as early as possible.

Registration fee per participant is 250 Euros (with VAT). Registration fee for Croatian Dairy Union members is 190 Euros (with VAT).

Registration fee includes access to all presentation and program events, technical support, symposium materials and participation certificate.

Accomodation

The special accommodation rate at the Hotel Eden**** is available exclusively to Symposium participants from November 25 to 28, 2026.:

• Double-room – full board: price per person/day – 67 Eur.
• Single-room – full board: price per person/day – 99 Eur.

For all accommodation questions you can contact hotel Eden in Rovinj.

When choosing accommodation on the hotel’s website www.maistra.com/hr/smjestaj/hotel-eden, participants should enter the name of the promo code HMU2026 or they can call the hotel’s reservation center and note which symposium they are coming to.

The accommodation price includes:

• Full-board accommodation (lunch and dinner on the day of arrival (25 November), breakfast, lunch and dinner on 26 and 27 November 2026, and breakfast on the day of departure (28 November 2026)
• Use of the hotel’s wellness centre and fitness facilities
• Wi-Fi
• Parking

 

Note

Participants should present their payment slips at registration. After presenting the payment slip, each participant will get a copy of the Book of Abstracts and a badge, which has to be worn whenever entering the lecture halls. The Congress Registration Desk in front of the Congress Hall will be open for on-site registration in the Symposium time.

A certificate of participation in the symposium will be sent by email upon the participant’s request.
